[Linux-aus] Expressing interest is a good thing

Here's Canberra's bid document. A few things to note:

 - the last couple of pages are missing. That content covered the
partner's programme and has been omitted because it was provided by
the local convention bureau and we don't have a copyright license to
distribute it (they consider it commercial in confidence).

 - I am also amused by how many of our predictions were flat out
wrong. For example, the national sponsorship committee never happened.
That's ok, because perhaps that's a lesson bidders should learn
anyway.

I think what I want to demonstrate with this is that bids don't have
to be hundreds of pages or anything like that. What we were trying to
demonstrate with this document is that we'd thought about the problem,
had a good team, and had a plan.
