[Lugcomms] Was there meant to be a meeting?

I really liked the idea of more frequent meetings, but I can also
understand Donna's worries about taking up too much time.

What about if there was still the formal monthly meeting, but there
was also an agreed fortnightly (or similar) time slot when people
could jump on and know that there will be some conversation happening?
I know that the channel is there 24x7, but, at least from what I've
seen, its fairly quiet most of the time. If there was a very casual
'catch up' time each week/fortnight it might generate a little bit
more chatter and maybe even some pre-meeting discussion.

As for times for the formal meeting, anything but Tuesdays, they seem
to be the de facto LUG meeting night :)
