They'll have your address though from the unique ID listed on the
census form, so now they can just cross reference that with any of the
other government data sets (rates, medicare, etc.) to find out your
real name.

Plus if you are one of the lucky 5% selected for the special interview,
you'll have to provide proof that your name really is John Doe...
