IMHO real benefits from attending Conferences obtained by those with
technical understanding, or professional relationships, who can
discuss reported advances and barriers.


Free flowing robust discussion of information and ideas leads to ideas
which may resolve problems and barriers, or completely new pathways.


Lacking technical understanding wastes space of places at these
Conferences, space better filled by others more capable of
participating and contributing,


Those of less technical understanding can still benefit, raise own
level of knowledge, economically, later learning through
reading/listening/watching and discussing records from Conferences.


Encouraging participation through linkups may require fees pre-paid,
as may "Live" or "soon after" viewing, provided the charging is
reasonable and decreases as time passes.
