[Linux-aus] LCA2014 update

From a delegate point of view, The mini-confs are an incredibly useful and engaging part of the LCA experience. I for one would be very disappointed to see them go in their current form. 

I dont think cost is an issue either. Well in my case as my Job sends me to LCA and seem happy to pay the full professional delegate fees.
