I checked with Media Movers (Sydney) and got some prices.

CD Replication into Plastic Sleeve:

#discs $/unit Ex. GST Inc. GST
5000 $0.490 $ 2,450.00 $ 2,695.00
10000 $0.430 $ 4,300.00 $ 4,730.00
20000 $0.415 $ 8,300.00 $ 9,130.00
30000 $0.397 $11,910.00 $13,101.00
40000 $0.389 $15,560.00 $17,116.00
50000 $0.375 $18,750.00 $20,625.00

CD Replication Bulk Packed (spindle):

#discs $/unit Ex. GST Inc. GST
5000 $0.390 $ 1,950.00 $ 2,145.00
10000 $0.340 $ 3,400.00 $ 3,740.00
20000 $0.325 $ 6,500.00 $ 7,150.00
30000 $0.310 $ 9,300.00 $10,230.00
40000 $0.303 $12,120.00 $13,332.00
50000 $0.295 $14,750.00 $16,225.00

The prices include mastering and full colour printing on the discs. Delivery
is separate. Standard turnaround time is 8-10 working days.

As for quantities, I think we'd be nuts if we order over 5,000. There's only
so many discs you can get rid of within a day, and if you're just spamming
people AOL-style you're not really doing your job in explaining FOSS.
