[Linux-aus] Bids for linux.conf.au 2009 host city

Hi LA,

Just a prod to remind everyone that the deadline for bid submissions for
hosting LCA2009 is only two weeks away, so if you have grand plans it's
time to get your bid together and submit it to committee at linux.org.au!

For reference, this was the original call for bids:
