Re: [Linux-aus] Goodbye AUUG, hello phoenix

I did not mean to imply that AUUG is dead. But from the original email
it seemed that its current form is not working and they are looking at
changing that - which does not necessarily mean killing it. It may
well mean that this discussion stirrs up many people who have not been
involved with AUUG yet and AUUG is reborn.

I use that sentence to make a point and it was not supposed to be taken literal.

This all sounds like the "Recent reports of my death have been
exaggerated".

AUUG is not yet dead, nor dying, and, people are referring to it as if
the funeral has already been held.

My understanding, is that the person who started the whole thing, had
said that problems exist with AUUG, and, proposed that it be wound up,
but, now, people are referring to AUUG, as something that is dead and
buried.
