Yes participation was down at the last AGM, however (and I have not looked
so am asking) I can not work out if the AGM will allow people to participate
online as well as at the venue again this year. I think online (IRC, and
online voting with the voting system Stewart wrote) needs to be available as
there will be many people (I hope, but who really knows) who can not make it
to Dunedin who wish to vote.

So will online voting be avilable once nomincations clsoe again this time
around ?
