[Lias] Quotas

I have redhat 7.3. I just tried to turn on the quotas in my fstab file.

I get an error on startup:

quotaon: using //aquota.group on /dev/hda2: No such file or directory
quotaon: using //aquota.user on /dev/hda2: No such file or directory

Anyone got any ideas?
