Thanks Kathy, you are awesome.

I have moved things around a bit and added a short section on the passing
of Malcolm Tredinnick.

The tone/authorship is a bit confused. Is "we" the subctte/community (?) or
the council? I added Kathy's byline to the council section and took out
some of the overly complimentary descriptions.

What is the plan for distributing this?

I'm going to try and add some small pictures like event icons to give it a
bit more colour, I don't mind if you want to remove them though.
