[Linux-aus] Request to form a new and on-going sub-committee for BarCampMelbourne

Hello Ben,
My apologies for the slow reply. Last teleconf we approved BarCamp
Melbourne as a subcommittee[0].
None of our subcommittees actually have an expiry date. They just tend
to naturally retire after they have finished their job. So while not
explicitly calling it an on-going subcommittee you can consider it as such.
I'll have a chat to you off-list to get you set up with what you need.
