BigWorld Pty Ltd is seeking a top notch programmer to join the team working on its award winning Massively 

Multiplayer Online Games development software – a complete development suite with server, client and tools for 

creating MMOGs with hundreds of thousands of players. 

We are looking for a young and enthusiastic Programmer who has strong problem solving, documentation and people 

skills to work with this technology to assist our clients to build their MMO worlds.

As a member of a tight knit team of world-class software developers, you will be developing code to push the limits 

of functionality in our World Building technology, and test and exploit every feature to its maximum.

<b>Requirements:</b><ul><li>2-3 years C++ programming
<li>Linux/UNIX software development environments (incl gcc, gdb, cvs etc).
<li>Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP/IP, network programming etc
<li>Excellent communication skills and a strong team player 
<li>Must be self-motivated and able to work successfully without direct supervision
<li>Ability to analyse complex issues

</ul><b>Desirable:</b>
<ul><li>Python scripting experience
<li>Technical Writing experience
<li>Good people skills and ability to work with many different engineers with differing talent levels
<li>Forward thinker who keeps long term goals in mind even when dealing with short term problems
</ul>
