This is an interesting project, a soft-core RISC-V in a platform the size of a 
phone with a hardware keyboard.  Designed as some sort of hand held encryption 
device or PDA with lots of GPIO.  Bunnie is one of the co-creators.

Phone security is something that interests me at the moment.  The Precursor is 
more of a project for people doing hardware hacking at this time.  I'll 
probably get one when they have a native RISC-V CPU.
