[LC++]g++ bug reports: how?

Hi,

A week and a half ago I tried emailing a bug report to 


  bug-g++ at prep.ai.mit.edu
concerning the problem I discussed on this list under the
thread:

  "[LC++]Compiles with g++-3.2 but later versions flakey.  Why?"

I haven't received any reply yet.  Also, I found an archive
of the bug-g++ mailing list

  http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gplusplus/

which, seemed to be full of spam.  There seemed to be almost no
legitimate posts.

Does anyone know if this is still an active list?

Any suggestions about where I should be posting this bug?
