[LCP]Kernel Ques

Hi ppl
Your question guy is back with more questions dealing
with "Linux Internals".I was looking at
include/linux/fs.h and
Documentation/filesystems/vfs.txt.A lot of structures
appear to be changed like file_operations,
inode_operations etc. The question is that are the 2
versions designed to be different or they just became
different in course of Linux Development.
I would also like suggestiong on mailing lists
pertaining to kernel development,preferably a newbies
only list.
