[Linux-aus] LUGs wiki

[Russell Coker]

https://linux.org.au/lugs/

The above web page has a link described as being to a wiki for LUGs which
redirects to the cclug main page.

Is there a need for a wiki for all LUGs?

The LUV wiki has had hardly any use since 2014. Should we make that a more
general LA LUG wiki instead?
