[Linux-aus] Grant Application from Fraser Tweedale for Support the myGov Code Generator source code FOI review

Support can come in many ways - not just financial.
This leads to the obvious question - why don't we start litigating these kind of things as an organisation ?

Whilst acknowledging the perspective represented by Marcus in his reply
to Fraser's application, I also think this is something LA should
support as an organisation.

Litigation via the FOI process is the only way to make official progress
in cases like this, and Fraser's efforts are commendable and much
appreciated.
