Support can come in many ways - not just financial. </div>

This leads to the obvious question - why don't we start litigating these kind of things as an organisation ?</div>

to Fraser's application, I also think this is something LA should<br>
support as an organisation.<br>

Litigation via the FOI process is the only way to make official progress<br>
in cases like this, and Fraser's efforts are commendable and much<br>
appreciated.<br>
