If we are going to be assigning blame then it should be to whoever extracted 
the email addresses from itmustbe.luv.asn.au.  The people who have root access 
on that are me, Andrew Pam, Alexar, Yifei, and luke at rapiddata.com.au.

I was not involved in the address harvesting.
