Ah. Let me clarify: wherever you (or whomever takes that initiative) put it!

Grab, for instance, https://js.wiki/ and it may even be feasible to
integrate the login with the EO delegates one to create an SSO.

I mention that particular one because it appears to be current and
secure, and has those good auth integration options as well as MFA for
administrators and things like that.

Choosing "the right" wiki can easily turn into a bike-shed saga, and
there are certainly many wiki tools available including of course
MediaWiki. So someone, the person who is going to install and run it
during the conf, IMHO just makes a sensible decision that works for
them, and goes ahead with it.

As Miles mentioned, archiving can be an issue. Ideally, we'd be able to
keep a static set of pages after the conf. But, I figure a simple
recursive/mirror wget can achieve that. I do see that capability as
highly desirable, so the selected tool should support this, even if
external via for instance wget (if auth is required to see all the pages).

Could I do it? Yes, but all these things take time. I'm already
treasurer for EO2026 and have various other things going on so in my
wiser older years I know that I don't have the brain-space to also
attend to this. Same for other EO2026 core team members. Thus it'd be
great to have someone outside of that sphere pick this up.

Thanks

Regards,
Arjen.
