As did the original mailout.

I pinged David about both these issues yesterday.  He confirmed to me that
it was an error to say the cfp closed on Friday (the third); the original
closing date was indeed the 6th.  He said that at this stage it is the cfp
which has been extended.  The call for miniconfs closing date currently
remains as previously advised - that is, the 6th of July.  If this is to be
extended there will be further communication to this effect.

I hope that helps clear things up.
