[Linux-aus] Request for creation of "Video Recording and Streaming" subcommittee

In 2005 the Flumotion sw that we used was in early stages and LCA actually
exposed a bug in Flumotion that created faulty files on recording. That
time has long passed, so let's not dwell on that.
