A big yes from me.

Great initiative Brian - in the lead up to the Drupal8 feature freeze it
would be great to get more aussies on board with the skills to
contribute to core.  

And a plus to Justin. He's an active contributor and a good
communicator. Good to see him willing to travel to share his
knowledge.  

This grant would definitely benefit the Australian open source
community.
