Two notes:

That probably would be better phrased as "One really cool option is
just to get NDV to do the video, ...". The only people who get to
decide what will happen are the winning bidders of the next lca; and
they only get to decide for the year they run it at that.

While that is a good option, there are other ones too -- including
duplicating the DebConf video teams approach to recording. (Which,
aiui, isn't that different to what NDV does; but is much more heavily
volunteer focussed).

Would collecting these ideas into an update for the "LCA HOWTO" [0]
work; or is arguing on a mailing list the best way to get these ideas
aired? :)
