The NSW model rules do allow members to obtain a "copy of any part of the register on payment of a fee of not more than $1 for each page copied." - 7(4) of http://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/pdfs/About_us/Publications/FT412_Model_Constitution.pdf
