There is also youtube-dl, it's a command-line utility to download youtube 
videos.  The only problem with it is that Google seems to change the way 
Youtube works every ~8 months which breaks the old version of youtube-dl.  
This means that getting youtube-dl from Debian/stable isn't going to work 
well.
