It wasn't PG-13 in my opinion. It was more like MA.

It wasn't clear whether that PG-13 announcement was a joke or not. It
certainly was unusual for an LCA.
And indeed: all talks at LCA sould be G or at least PG rated, if such
a rating system even applies to conferences.
