You only have to sit in IRC for 20 years to know that most participants
are male, that said, I do know a couple of women that I'd be over the
moon to have work with/for me, or work for. Why? Because they have an
interest, always did, and always will, they live it, like most of us do,
they got where they are now because of it too, just like we all did.
