If there's any specific item in the minutes that you do not feel is
completely clear, ideally please raise it before we accept the minutes
at the next meeting.

In this case, the details of the individual packages are commercial
in-confidence.

Our reasoning behind choosing the option we did is that we felt it gave
the biggest bang for buck.
