I think it is a good idea.
I think a couple of the discussion points at the AGM were around:

- Every person who nominates may then be required to be Treasurer or Secretary.
Which may not be a bad thing but will be something to keep in mind

- Secretary and treasurer may be legally identifiable responsibilities
and shared management of that may need to be clarified/explicitly
stated where/when people swap responsibility?
