aj sent me a few queries re Brisbane's bid for LCA 2009
last Thursday.  I sent the ACK below immediately, followed
by the budget and now Brisbane's answers to his questions.
I have received a couple of warnings like the one below
so I doubt any have been received.

Some of the messages will time out soon.  If they don't
