[Linux-aus] lca ghosts program

Hi,

I'm looking at giving some input to the conf committee of the Open
Source Geospatial Foundation, and I'd like to get some feedback on the
lca ghosts program.  Specifically, how beneficial has it been and what
sort of costs (ballpark) has it involved?

While I'm at it, are there any other insightful observations anyone
would like to offer with respect to running an open source focused conf
that might be valuable?
