[Linux-aus] Grant proposal - Transport for Melissa Draper to speak at CLUG in June

I agree, I would also like to see this granted, while travel grants have 
largely tended not to fare too well in the past, this is a short train 
hop and not a flight across the globe - it is also of direct Australian 
benefit and not just sending an Australian to an over-seas conference.
