The BRM won't be considering legal issues in any case. The ISO CEO
has determined that no legal or intellectual property issues exist,
and thus legal or intellectual property objections are already resolved
and thus are beyond the scope of the BRM -- who's task is to resolve
*unresolved* issues.

The only way legal/IP issues get a look in from this point is if
they are considered by National Bodies. Unfortunately, there is
no documented process for the Australia National Body. It's totally
unclear if Standards Australia would incorporate input from other
than the BRM, and if so, how that is done.

Was this made any clearer at the recent workshop?

Cheers, Glen
