FWIW, I'm not scared of change like that, I just don't see the point in
this case. I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't see a lot of fear
in this discussion.

We already do pretty well at being open to other free software folks --
and also people who do proprietary stuff on top of free stuff, for that
matter. If you want to improve that, we can just promote those aspects
of LA more -- that's why we have a press team, for one thing.
