[Linux-aus] Grant application

I know you've been working on this project a while.  I do have one
(devil's advocate) question;

The Linux-Aus grants were (under my understanding) created to foster
the open source industry in Australia.  I've seen previous grants
knocked back because they were beneficial for the greater community,
not just Australia.

Care to comment on this?
