This could be interesting for teams who can partner with an INC group.

Festivals Australia is a Federal Government cultural grant program
which provides assistance to regional and community Australian
festivals for the presentation of quality cultural activities.

Funding is available to add a new or special cultural activity that
has never been attempted and cannot be afforded.

Applications close 15 February and 15 July annually. If the notional
closing date falls on a weekend, the actual closing date will be the
following Monday.

Application forms are available from the web site.

Eligibility:
Applications must be made by the festival organising body. Such bodies
could include a local government or council, cultural organisation or
regional arts council responsible for managing a festival.
Applications must come from incorporated not-for-profit organisations
with annual audited financial statements.

If you are a new organisation or festival, you could arrange to apply
for a Festivals Australia grant through a suitable organisation.

Major cultural festivals and fringe festivals based in Sydney,
Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth are not eligible for
funding under Festivals Australia, although this does not affect their
eligibility under other Commonwealth cultural programs.
