According to that page the number of canidates does match the ballot page. 

Nominations != Canidates

However I see what you are suggesting, that the nominations and canidates
pages be seperated.

I am sure the suggestion will/has been taken in for consideration after this
election (the software is not being changed in the midst of the election)
