I would think that each of the items needs more descriptive text, and 
perhaps and ongoing commentary on it's status. The former is so that 
people know what you're talking about, and couple just be a cut and 
paste from the committee minutes. The later lets people know that at an 
attempt at progress is being made, even if no progress is being made.

As an example, perhaps the merchant agreement means three months of 
phone tag. Commentary to that effect means that at least we know the 
task isn't being ingored.

Other than that, a great idea.
