Went to Borders Hornsby,
Not in stock, Not known on database therefore
(not able to order)
Borders person Contacted publishers,
no publishers stock thinking of reprint!

so went to local bookshop who had the book.

Maybe not is America's (Borders) best interest to
assist in distribution?
