It certainly stacks the odds a little in favour, but if it was the only 
factor or even the dominant factor, then surely we would have seen more 
than one WA OCM last year?

Even so, having to conf location rotate tends to even it all out. Except 
for ASLUG or -so far- TasLUG. )-:
