Interestingly, some do care.
In QLD, there are some practical limitation because EduQld centrally
controls some things, but outside those things, schools are individually
doing stuff. Promoting that more would not be bad, as schools can and do
influence the decisions higher up.

And in QLD, EduQLD is also supporting development of various projects
that use open source tools (such as PHP/MySQL). So that's good, too.
