[Linux-aus] Suggestion for the 'lugs' list

This is a problem for C(anberra)LUG, which has no formal representatives.

Is a lug- list really needed? I see LUGs as really important, but don't see 
where the distinction between the linux-aus list and a lug- list should be 
drawn.
