OK, so what does the rep of the company which not only inherited IP from 
a company which *lost* a lawsuit against BSD and spent over a year 
"unifying" Linux and their Unix but also did the "Ancient Unix" release 
earlier this year have to say?

    "There has never been a time where Unix as an operating system has
    been licensed in an open-source way," [SCO spokesman Blake Stowell]
    said. "It's always been protected."
