This is one of the examples where stating your location, would be good.

In Perth, LinuxIT, involving two PLUG people, resells ADSL, and I 
believe that they support Linux, with the nature of their company.

And, Matt (one of the partners, I believe, has been giving advice about 
ADSL (not plugging his company), relative to Linux, etc, on the PLUG 
list, this week.
