[Lias] RE OSS Art/Graphics Apps in Schools

Hi Leon and Jonathon
Thanks for those tips, I am getting a good list of apps quite quickly now.
To optimise the use of these apps, ie graphics modelling, vector drawing
etc, what sort of hardware minimum would be required?
Also are these apps regulalry developed like the GIMP is?
