[Lias] EduWeb & e-Smith Servers

Had a quick look - lot of work needed on design principles!! Very ugly site
but then it is Front Page!

Note their blurb about every student having their own website - have they
heard of Apache and the public_html directory?
We have this set up and really don't care what they design with.
