"A challenge facing the LATIS program is the fact that the PCs and
servers will be used in a variety of locations, from remote rural
schools with a single teacher, to large urban schools with over 1,000
students. CSM has designed a non-technical process and set of tools to
enable teachers to perform first-level support for the PCs and
servers. As part of the project, participating teachers will be
trained by CSM, resulting in the award of Level III certificates in
IT."
