Helpdesk and Support, Full Time

Position: Helpdesk and Support
Salary  : 45 K + Super
Start - ASAP

Company : Workforce International
Details : 120 staff in 16 Offices across Australia linked by Linux Firewalls (Slackware), Windows 200 network. Site to migrate to FOSS on Doze and Kubuntu on desktop (where possible).

Helpdesk and Support: Based at Rosebery head-office and using VNC / SSH / Citrix ICA client for remote sites. Occasional on-site visits as required.

Assist with projects such as FOSS implementation and 'linux on the desktop'

Learn PABX programming and get involved in VOIP roll-out.

Qualifications: 
MCSE not required or desired. 
Linux Certificates are a bonus.
Previous Support experience strongly preferred, with good people skills and troubleshooting ability.

*Requirements: Must be comfortable with air-travel and hold a current drivers license.
